Dilan
Dilruksha.

I'm Dilan Dilruksha, a software engineer based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. I build software that ships, scales, and stays maintainable — production ERP modules and product-scale SaaS systems for tuition management, CRM, commerce, bookings, website publishing, and AI-assisted operations.

In 2026 I founded Singularity, a company building developer tooling and AI agent infrastructure. Our first product is Parallax, an open-source agent-runtime CLI for terminal workflows, released under MIT. The model proposes actions; deterministic code validates, authorizes, and executes them — typed tools, ALLOW/ASK/DENY permissions, human approvals, guarded shell execution, and durable sessions. A macOS desktop app and an iOS companion app are in progress.

I completed my BSc (Hons) in Information Technology with a Software Engineering specialization at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) in September 2026. Mostly ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery on the backend; Angular, Blazor, React, and Next.js on the front; comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure, AWS, and Vercel.

Note on the name: “Dilan Dilruksha” and “Dilan Dilaruksha” are the same person. This site is not affiliated with other professionals who share the name.
